Our large volume dealership is currently seeking energetic, hard working individuals to help support our Express Lane. Lube & Tire Technicians are responsible for performing quick care maintenance (i.e. oil changes, tire rotations) while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform preventative maintenance; drain engine oil and replace filter, check air pressure and rotate tires, check condition of all air filters, hoses and belts, inspect all fluid levels and replenish, etc., reset maintenance light once service is completed.
  • Perform a thorough check of each vehicle (i.e. battery, lights, tires, etc.), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor; complete 31 point check sheet.
  • Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed; ensuring every vehicle that leaves the dealership is safe to drive according to state requirements.

The Internet Sales Representative’s primary goal is to increase dealership activity by setting appointments from incoming sales calls and internet leads. Business Development Representatives provide general information on vehicles of interest and build relationships with potential customers through follow up, the actual “Selling” of vehicles is completed by a certified sales consultant.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make 75+ outbound phone calls daily to follow up with potential customers
  • Follow up with internet leads via phone and e-mail; participate in “chats” with customers online

Lot Attendants are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our Dealership lot, keeping a neat and professional display of vehicles for sale. Lot Attendants are also responsible for stocking in new vehicles delivered to the dealership and moving vehicles on and off the lot as requested.

 

Job Description

  • Organize and maintain the display of new and used vehicles for sale.
  • Move vehicles as directed by supervisor; fill holes in inventory, straighten rows and relocate service vehicles.
  • Verify the receipt of vehicles delivered to the dealership, ensuring all standard items are present and vehicles are not damaged.
  • Pickup and/or deliver vehicles from/to other locations.
  • Start all vehicles periodically; check vehicles on the lot to make sure they are locked and no damage has been done; ensure vehicles are filled up with gas.
  • Place certified stickers and sale flags on vehicles as directed.
  • Pull vehicles out of inventory and stage for pick up.
  • During winter months, keep doorways shoveled, salted and cleared; clear snow and ice from cars in lot.
  • Pick up trash off lot & put in dumpsters.

 

This position is part time and requires the ability to work 4pm-9pm 2-3 days a week and Saturdays from 9am-6pm.
